"Glenn responded to my request for a roof repair estimate within a couple of days from my call, conducted the roof repair inspection himself, and had his written estimate to me within a couple of days from that! Glenn explained in detail what needed to be done, was extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional and courteous. "Our experience with Above & Beyond Roofing LLC was entirely favorable. The owner was responsive and professional. His estimate was fair, and he clearly explained his plan. He was the only one of the three roofers we had estimates from that actually correctly diagnosed the leak issue we were having. The crew that completed the work was efficient and tidy. They did an impeccable job and left not a trace of their presence. We had to wait for payment from our insurance company for a portion of the work, and though Above & Beyond Roofing LLC do not accept credit cards, they were very patient in waiting for us to receive final payment from the insurance and in turn pay them. I would recommend them to anyone."
